Enactus Students Help Local Shelter

With funds from a Coca-Cola grant, the Jones College student group Enactus has supplied the Way of Hope Women’s Resource Center with a computer, software, printer, phone system, and retooling of its website. [article]

Nonprofit and Social Innovation Student Summit

The Nonprofit and Social Innovation Student Summit was a great success. Hosts were Jones College and the College of Liberal Arts with Management and Marketing, Business Communication and Entrepreneurship, and Speech and Theatre (Organizational Communication) departments.

Nonprofit & Social Innovation Student Summit

MTSU students looking to turn their passions into careers are invited to the Nonprofit & Social Innovation Student Summit scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 4, at the Business and Aerospace Building. The summit is free for MTSU students, with 
the first 125 students to register receiving a complimentary lunch. Students may register at http://MTSUStudentSummit.eventzilla.net.

The event is being hosted by the Jones College of Business and the College of Liberal Arts in partnership with the departments of Management and Marketing, Business Communication and Entrepreneurship, and Speech and Theatre (Organizational Communication).

BEST Career Fair a Success

About 150 students visited with 40 prospective employers at the Management and Marketing BEST Career Fair, many looking to hire for positions in management, marketing and sales in an improving economy. [more]

New M.S. in Management

Dean Urban on WGNS
